Dear Mr. Saltzman:
Per our discussion with Ira P.
Dinitz on July 20, 1977, we wish to inform you that ou_ filing of the following binders by August 1, 1977, may be delayed.
1.
Binder No. XB BINDER, INCLUDING DECLARATIONS AND BOND FOR PAYMENT OF RETROSPECTIVE PREMIUMS 2.
Binder No. EB BINDER, INCLUDING DECLARATIONS AND BOND FOR PAYMENT OF RETROSPECTIVE PREMIUMS The reason for this delay is that as of this writing, we have not yet received the binders mailed to us on July 19 from our insurance broke.r which must be executed by Florida Power Corporation and our eleven participants.
Upon receipt of the Binders, we will expedite the process by hand-carrying them to each of our participants for signature in order that this delay may be minimized.
At this writing there is a potential for up to three weeks delay in filing.
