As you suggested in your Jilly 30 letter on the subject of our interim report, " Reactor Building Dome Delamination" - June 11, 1976, we are today filing amended pages (40 copies, plus 1 original) for insertion / replacement as appropriate.
On August 10, 1976, we filed our Supplement No. 1 to this re-port containing your formal questions and our response to each.
The pages transmitted herewith and Supplement No.
1, when properly placed in the original June 11, 1976 report, provides you with a single document which reflects our present repair scheme as implemented.
It is our intent to continue to amend this report as the re-pair program develops so as to have a single source document t
conveying to you the results of this program.
