In accordance with the understandings which ucre reficcted in Secretary Un11's letter of.iarch 20, l'J64 to Chciruan Scacerg. I an forwarcin; hercuith Volumes 1, 2, 3, and 4 of tne Prelir inary Safety Analysis deport filed by Florida Fower Corporation for tne proposed construction cad operation of two pressurized water nuclear reactors at its site on the Gulf of :icxico, 70 niles north of Ta-pa and about 7-1/2 niles northwest of Crystal River, Citrus County, Florida.

The proposed reactors are each designed for operation at 2544 mencwatts thermal with a not electrical output of approximately 879 seg:raatts.

Ue uould appreciate receiving a report fron the Bureau of Sport Fisheries and 'Jildlife concerning those features of the proposed reactor operation whien night have radiological effects on fish cnd shellfish.

On the basis of our tentative schedule for this project, it vould be desirable to have your report available for our use by Covecber 1,1967.
