FLORIDA POWER CORPCRATION NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF PROVISIONAL CCNSTRUCTION PERMIT Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Initial Decision of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board, dated Saptember 24, 1968, the Director of the Division of Reactor Licensing has issued Provi-sional Construction Permit No. CPPR-51 to the Florida Power Corpora-tion for the construction of a pressurized water nuclear reactor, designated as Crystal River Unit 3 Nuclear Genereting Plant, on the applicant's site on the Gulf of Mexico, about seven and one-half miles ncrthwest of the town of Crystal River, Citrus County, Florida.
The reactor la designed for initial operation at approximately 2452 megawatts (themal).
A copy of the Initial Decision is on file in the Commission's Public Document Room, 1717 H Street, N. W., Washington, D. C.
