Notice of Deviation Sacramento Municipal Utility District Sacramento, California Docket No. 50-312 Based on the results of an NRC inspection conducted on November 8-10, 15-18 and December 1-2, 1976 it appears that one of your activities deviated from generally accepted industry practices as indicated below:
A.
Contrary to ANSI N13.1-1969, " Guide to Sampling Airborne Radio-active Materials in Nuclear Facilities," at the time of the in-spection the sampling system for the gland steam condenser exhaust had several mechanisms installed upstream of the collection media which precluded the collection of a representative sample of iodine and particulates.
