Wenslawski of this office on'0ctober 14-17, 20, 22, 28 and 29, 1975 of

activities authorized by NRC License No. DPR-54 and to the discussion of

our findings held by Messrs. Fish and Wenslawski with Mr. R. Rodriguez

and other members of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.

No items of noncompliance with NRC requirements were identified within

management control system and which were reported in a timely manner and

corrected, or corrective action was initiated, were reviewed during this

inspection and are described in the attached inspection report. No

addit'onal information is needed for these items at this time.

In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice,"

Part 2 Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter and

the enclosed inspection report will be placed in the NRC's Public
