DOCKET NO. 50-312 The attached report by our field inspector of a visit to the subject facility on March 18, 1969 is forwarded for information. The visit was made for the purpose of conducting the first corporate level management interview.
Since the SMUD quality assurance program is still a matter of negotiation between the' licensee and DRL, we have not addressed ourselves to this item at this time. The SMUD people appear to be quite emphatic about the fact that they will be " running the I
