we need the infermation described in 571.12(b) of 10 CFR Part 71.

Should a specific NRC approval not exist for this package, or if the packaging is no authori::cd by 71.12(a) of 10 CFR Part 71, it

'<ill be necessary for you to file an application providing the infornation described in !71.21 of 10 CFR Part 71.

In this case, seven (7) copies of the application should be submitted.
