This letter is in regard to the revision of the schedule for our review of your application for an operating license for your Davis-Besse 1 olant located in Ottawa County, Ohio. We have evaluated our workload in view of your recent slip in construction completion to January 2, 1976. Based on this evaluation, we have retargeted the issuance of our Safety Evaluation Report for July 31, 1975. A summary of the trore important milestones as changed are provided as an enclosure to this letter for your infomation and review.
It should be realized that the enclosed dates are target milestones which may require some changes as the review pmcess proceeds. While we will not formally infom you (by letter) of minor changes to the schedule, we will confim, in writing, significant changes to the schedule.
After your review of these milestone changes, please infom us as to whether or not you believe the dates are realistic.
