I Docket No. 50-346 Amendment No. 28 Enclosed herewith amending the above application are seventy (70) copies of Revision No.12 to the Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) consisting of responses to Round 2 positions and requests which were transmitted to the Applicant in Atomic Energy Commission (now Nuclear Regulatory Commission) letters of December 30,1974 and January 3,1975. Also included in this Amendment is the submittal of three (3) copies of detailed El&C drawings as per your " Procedure For Submittal of Supplementary Detailed Data. "
