Dear Mr. Giambusso:
nder separate cover, we are truismitting Amendment No. 28 to the Application for Licenses for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station Unit No.1. Tids Amendment consists of Revision No.12 to the Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR). Three (3) original and twenty-tive (25) conformed copies of the transmittal sheet are included together with seventy (70) copies of Revision 12 to the FSAR.
This revision consists of additional responses to Round-2 requests and positions which I
have been transmitted to the Applicant in Atomic Energy Commission (now Nuclear Regulatory Commission) letters dated December 30, 1974 and January 3,1975. Also included in this Amendment as requested by the NRC Project Minager on Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station Unit 1 is the submittal of three (3) copies of detailed EI&C drawings as per your " Procedure For Submittal of Supplementary Detailed Data" widch was transmitted to the Applicant in A. Schwencer's letter of May 6,1974.
