Gentlemen:
This refers to the inspection conducted by Mescro. Sutton,
Jablonchi and Naidu of this office on December 8-10, 1975, of
activities at Lavic-Besce Nuclear Power Plant Station Unit 1
authorized by URC Construction Permit No. CPPR-80 and to the
discussion of our findings uith I'.r. Lencrdson and others of
your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
A copy of our report of thic inspection is encloccd and identi-
fies the arena examined during the inspection. Within these
arcas, the inspection consisted of a selective es: amination of
procedures and representativo records, intervious with plant
percouncl, and observations by the inspectors.
No itens of noncomplfnnen trith IEC requiremento were identi-
fied trithin the scope of this incpection.
In accordance uith Section 2.790 of the linC's "Eules of
Practice," Part 2 Title 10, Ccde of Federal Regulationo, a
copy of this letter and the encleced inspection report vill
be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room.
