L INDUSTRIAL SECURITY PLA:i As discussed at a meeting with you and the staff in Bethesda, "aryland on January 14, 1377, ue have revieted Revision 4 to the Industrial Securitv Plan for Davis Besse, Unit 1 (08-1) which was submitted by your letter dated Hovencer 15, 1976.
On tne basis of the aa:erial submitted in your Pcvision 4, it is not clear that the finding contained in our previously submitted Safety Evaluation Report is still valid for the current revision.
In order for us to make a conclusive finding, additional informtion is needed as set forth in the Enclosure to this letter.
We request that your resconse be expedited as quickly as possible but not later tnan February 4,1977. We request that within 5 days recciot nf ais 1.stter you advise us of your submittal date for resconse to the request for infomation.
Pursuant 'o Section 2.790(b) of 10 CFR Part 2, we are withholding the request for infomation as provided in the Enclosure to this letter frem public inspection. Withholding fron public inspection shall not affect the rignt, if any, of persons procerly and directly concerned to invect tae request for infomation.
