Duko Power Ccapany has requested changes to the Technical Specifications for Oconce Units 2 and 3 DISTRIBUTION hhich nodify 1) the safety linits for the reactor Docket File thermal power and powor inbalance combination ORB #1 Reading and 2) the Reactor Protection Systen (RPS)

Technical Review is requested to review the information provided with the August 26, 1975 letter and determino its acceptability. You are requested to provide a written evaluation to be used as input to an SER related to the inquested change.
