Dear Mr. Giambusso:
Oconee Nuclear Station Technical Specification 4.4.2.4 details a program This program for the surveillance of the Reactor Building liner plate.T1.e purpose of this letter is has recently been completed for Oconee 2.
to provide a summary of the results of the surveillance, in accordance with Technical Specification 6.6.3.5.
prior to the initial (preoperational) Integrated Leak selected accessible areas of 13, 1973, On June Rate Test and Structural Integrity Test, the Oconee 2 Reactor Building liner plate were visually examined to determine the location of inward deformations and the location No such deformations or concentrations were observed.

As no corrective actions have been necessary with regard to this matter the Oconee 2 liner plate surveillance program has been discontinued as per Technical Specification 4.4.2.4.4.
