heat sink and that the other items in our judgement have already been mate subjected to intensive review and found acceptabic prior to Dece:tber 19 and it was not our intention to require repeat review been developed since the prior review.some new policy guideline or 11e indicated that he felt as a minimum he should exanine these areas of the application and if he could not agree that there were no new issues or overlooked items he would Ict us know.
