On July 20, 1977, the annual inspection of the Oconee Unit 2 Reactor Building was completed pursuant to Technical Specification 4.4.1.4.
'The inspection was performed in accordance with approved test procc-dure PT/0/A/150/16, Reactor Building Inspection Test.
A visual examination was made of accessible interior and exterior surfaces of the containment structure. During previous Reactor
, Building' inspections described in our letters of March 13, 1975 and Augurt 17, 1976, grease.scepage through construction joints at exterior locations on the Reactor Building and grease leakage around tendon grease caps and filter plugs was noted. Corrective action taken was ef fective in reducing this leakage to a mxnimum and no change was observed in this condition, Four additional locations where minor grease Icakage of the same nature has 6ccurred were found during the inspectica. It is considered that the additional leakage
'is minimal and requires no corrective action. These locations have been added to the in pection procedure to assure that these ureas are inspected annually.
From this inspection no evidence of deterioration was found which could affect the containment's structural integrity or leak tightness.
