NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF A FACILITY OPERATING' LICENSE Notice is hereby given that the Atomic Energy Comission (the Comission) i has issued Facility Operating License No. DPR-55 to Duke Power Company authorizing 6peration of the Oconee Nuclear Station, Unit 3 at steady state u

i The Oconce Nuclear Station, Unit 3 is a pressurized water nuclear reactor located at the licensee's site in Oconee County, South Carolina.

The Comission has made appropriate findings as required by the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), and the Comission's mies and The regulations in 10 CFR Chapter 1, which. are set forth in the license.
