Complete The Duke Power Company ahs proposed deletion of the 10,944 effective full power hour limitation on Oconee Unit 3 from the Technical Specifications.
The staff has reviewed and approved the deletion based upon the proper use of an approved analysis for cladding collapse times.
The safety evaluation of this proposed change is sunmarized in the enclosure.
