TELERiONE CONVERSATION I was called again by Larry Marion the assigned reporter for the Rock-liill Evening flerald, South Carolina.
This time he asked questions about the seal-Icak problem experienced at Oconce 2.
Ilis lead was taken from the Duke Abnormal Occurrence Report dated February 1, 1974. Over and above trying to understand what happened he wanted to know how the AEC classified the event
" minor, moderate or serious".
I told him that I think the event is of moderate to serious operational consequences but as of this moment of negligible safety consequence.
