The baseline inspection has been completed but at a meeting with DPC and B&W on October 1-2, 1973, the inspectors raised questions 1
If that requires additional engineering evaluations by B&W.

Security Plan Impicmentation incomplete on four items.
Hinge Pins on auxiliary doors remain to be secured.
