69-4 69-5 The intervenor has also requested RO correspondence for Oconee for 1968 and 1969, and all RO Inquiry Reports for Oconee and McGuire since the May 11, 1972 one re Oconee Unit 1 Control Rod Drive.
In addition, the intervenor seeks:
" Comparative data on quality perfor-mance of other. utilities vis-a-vis Duke Power Company. Specifically, for comparable stages of construction and operation, the number of violations in categories I, II, and III of Duke in relation to the average and to the maximum and the minimum of all other utilities receiving construction permits since Jan.1,1963 (a ten year period). The time base would be the calendar year".
