DeYoung, Assistant Director for Pressurized Water Reactors, L TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR DUKE POWER COMPANY, OCOMEX POWER STATION UNIT NO. 1 We have reviewed the technical specifications for Oconee Unit No. I transmitted by A. Giambusso May 22, 1972. We recomenand that the specifications be revised to conform to the versions which incor-porate Appendix I requirements. Ivo additional recommended changes are noted below:
Page 3.1-11 Line 16, indicate that the i determination is at operating temperature and pressure conditions.
Page 4.4-6. Line 1 does not agree with line 11 on the leakage through penetrations. Line No.1 should be revised to indicate that 507. or more of the total containment leakage will be to the penetration room.
