l TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR DUEE PoliE1 COMPANT, OCONIE POWER STATION UNIT NO.1 We have reviewed the technical specifications for Oconee Unit No.1 transmitted by meno of May 22, 1972. We reconumend that the specifi-cations be revised to conform to the versions which incorporate Appendix I requirements. Two additional recosumended changes are noted below Page 3.1-11 line 16, indicate that the i determination is at operating temperature and pressure conditions.
Page 4,4-6. Line 1 does not agree with line 11 on the leakage through penetrations. Line No. I should be revised to indicate that 50% or more of the total contairement leakage will be to the penetration room.
