a consultant to Duke Power on the Industrial Security Plan for the Oconee Station. Tucker requested that Lowe be pemitted to review the plan here at Bethesda since he is in this area.
I later verified chis fact with Ken Canady of Duke in a subsequent phone call. Lowe will visit Bethesda on 1/29/73. Van Niel has been informed.
