Docket N 50-269 NAR 1 1973 Note to File OCONEE 1 - ECC TESTS - TELECON WITH K. CANADY, DUKE POWER COMPANY - 2/28/73 Canady called to inform us that B&W was withdrawing its request to use the FLECHT facility to obtain ECCS reflood data.

Instead of this approach, Duke has negotiated a contract with Westinghouse to use a proprietary Westinghouse facility for 1

the same purpose. Work is to start immediately with tests to be run possibly before the March 3 weekend. Duke expects to have test data by mid-March.
