In response to your meno dated April 27, 1973 regarding the above subject, the appropriate sections of Technical Specifications for Arkansas 1 and Oconee 1/2 have been reviewed by the Project Managers. The actions they

will taka to conform the Technical Specifications of the above plants I
are as follows:
I Oconee 1/2 - The Oconee 1 Technical Specifications conform very closely with the reporting requirements listed in the D. Skovholt memo dated 2/21/73.
Slight changes are necessary to obtain complete conformance. T1ese changes will be made in the Units 1 and 2 Technical Specifications when Unit 2 is licensed Qune 30, 1973). This will minimize the number of actions required on Unit 1 Technical Specifications.
The Arkansas 1 Technical Specifications have a slightly earlier Arkansas 1 version of this section on reporting requirements. It includes a "First Tear Operation Report" (which we intend to retain) and differs in othes sections only slightly. We intend to make the few changes necessary to conform by June 6,1973.
