/)-;:(l TO FILES TELECON WITH TOM COTTON AND KEN CANADY OF DUKE ON FUEL DENSIFICATION APRIL 11, 1973 The purpose of the phone call was to clarify the mechanism whereby Duke would answer our questions transmitted by letter of March 14, 1973 for the record by April 13, 1973. The following understanding was reached:
1.
Proprietary answers to the questions would be provided in question and answer format by April 13, 1973. Duke will commission B&W to handcarry six copies of the material in on Friday the 13th and will telecopy its letter of transmittal to us stating that the information will be incorporated in the next cmendment to its s
Oconec application (in a week or so).
2.
Non-proprietary answers to the questions will be provided at a later date.
