ORDER ON MOTION TO AMEND, AND RESCHEDULING OF PREHEARING CONFERENCE In view of motion filed by Applicant dated July 10, 1973, to amend paragraph (1) of Board Order of June 15, 1973, and the telephone conference calls between the Parties and the Board on July 10 and 11, at which time the Parties indicated support.of.the motion, and since the Parties have demonstrated substantial progress toward voluntary compliance of discovery, the scheduled time for the filing of certain second round discovery requests, previously set for July 20, 1973, is hereby suspended, pending further discussion at a prehearing conference to be held on August 2,1973.
