Y Applicant has requested that the Board at the Prehearing Conference to be held Thursday, August 2nd consider the two motions which the Applicant has made and that the Parties be requested to supply ansvering papers by hand in time for the Board to consider them prior to the hearing.
It is accordingly requested that all Parties who intend to supply answering papers see to it that they are mailed or delivered in time to reach Board members on or before August 1.
At the conference the Board is most interested in securing definite commitments from Parties on the dates which have previously been discussed.
