ORDER EXTENDING TIME AND RESCHEDULING PREHEARING CONFERENCE It appearing to the Board that the Parties are making a conscientious and effective effort to proceed with the necessary discovery and that further time is necessary to complete arrangements; it further appear-ing that until the next step in seeking discovery is completed another prehearing confetance would be premature, now, therefore; IT IS ORDERED THAT:
