Intervenors in the above dockets (Cities of High Point, et al.) hereby move for leave to respond out of time to Applicant's " Objections to Joint Discoverers' Interrogatories and Document Request and Applicant's Motion for Protective Orders" filed 21 November 1973.
Our response is attached.
These responses would have been due on 3 December 1973, the same day Intervenors were required to, and did, file responses to Applicant's Interrogatories.
Preparation of these documents has occupied virtually all of counsel's available
~
time in the period since-21 November, and analysis of Applicant's objections was not possible during that. time.
Applicant's counsel advises that Applicant has no objection to this late filing provided it is c,mpleted on or before 7 December 1973.
WHEREr ME, Intervenors respectfully move that the Board allow filing of the attached responses out of time.
