_ Docket N6s. 50-269, 50-270, and'50-287 DUKE POWER COMPANY Notice of Receipt of Application for Facility Operating License Please take notice that Duke Power Company, 422 South Church Street, Charlotte, North Carolina 28201, pursuant to section 104 b. of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, (the Act) has filed an appli-1 cation, in the form of a final safety analysis report, dated June 2, l

1969, for a license to operate a three-unit nuclear power plant at its Oconee Nuclear Power Station located in castern Oconce County, South Carolina.

The nucicar power plant consists of three pressurized water reactors, designated by the applicant as the Oconee Nuc1 car Station Units 1, 2, and 3, cach of which is designed for initial operation at approxi-mately 2658 therr.a1 megawatts with a not electrical output of approximately 886 megawatts.

Pursuant to subsection 105 c.(3) of the Act, any person who intervened or uho sought by tinely, written notice to the Commission to intervene in the construction permit proceedings for these facilitics to.obtain a det'ermination of antitrust considerations or to advance a jurisdic-tional basis for such detcrmination has the right to obtain an 5
