RE: Oconee Nuclear Station Docket Nos. 50-269, -270, -287

Dear Sir:

My letter of December 16, 1977 contained information concerning the Oconee Nuclear Station steam generator tube degradation problem.

The information in the report was requested to be considered pro-prietary as documented in an affidavit by Mr. J. H. Taylor of B&W.

In a January 2, 1978 letter from Mr. Taylor, the proprietary classification of the above report was removed by B&W. Therefore, please disregard the affidavit that was forwarded in my December 16, 1977 letter and consider the report as non-proprietary.
