In response to your letter of July 21, 1976 which transmitted OIE Bulletin 76-06 concerning diaphragm failures in air-operated auxiliary actuators for safety / relief valves, the following infor-mation is provided:
A review of the Oconee design has determined no elastomeric diaphragms are used in the above applications c>n safety-telated syste and components at Oconee Nuclear Station.
