In re:
In the Matter of Duke Power Company, Oconee Nuclear Station, Units 1, 2 and 3 U. S. Atomic Energy Commission Docket Nos. 50-269 50-270 50-287 At the public hearing in the above-captioned matter, Jack R. Harris, Attorney for the intervening municipalities, in his opening statement to the Board made five requests of Duke Power Company. As soon as I could return to Char-lotte and confer with the other officials of the Company, I obtained Duke Power Company's official answer to these five requests, and feel that Duke's position should be a part of the record in this proceeding, in order that the record may be complete.
Enclosed to each of you is a letter dated September 1,1967, from myself to Jack R. IIarris, giving Duke Power Company's answer to the five demands of the municipalities. I have this date served this letter by mail upon all parties to this proceeding.
