Dear Mr. Moseley:

Your letter of April 29, 1977 transmitted OIE Circular 77-01 con-cerning pneumatic tire delay relay setpoint drift.

In accordance with your request and as stated in our May 31, 1977 letter on this subject, we wish to advise that a review of the design for Oconee Nuclear Station was conducted. This review revealed that pneumatic time delay relays specifying a repeat accuracy range of + 15 percent or greater are not used in safety-related systems at Oconee Nuclear Station.
