In response to your letter dated December 15, 1972, Duke Power Company tran==its herewith Report No. 0S-73.2, " Analysis of Effects Resulting from Postulated Piping Breaka Outside Containment for Oconee Nuclear Station, Units 1, 2, and 3."
This report will be incorporated by reference into the Oconee License Application.
In my letter of February 5, 1973, you were informed that we were developing procedures for a surv=411=nce program to inspect the areas of postulated ruptures, and that more information on this program would be forwarded to you within ten days following initial criticality. This report incorporates the information necessary to fulfill that commitment.
