Dear Dr. Morris:
In response to Mr. R. C. DeYoung's letter of January 12, 1972, Duke Power Company submits the following revision for the Oconee Nuclear Station Unit No. 1, " Integrated Leak Rate Test of the Reactor Building" report:
Integrated Leak Rate Test of the Reactor Containment Building Revision No. 1 April 21, 1972 This revision encompasses, (1) the addition of the Penetration No. 38 Leak Rate and the Emergency Lock Leak Rate, and (2) the correction of mathematical and typographical errors.
Duke Power Company has also revised the " Reactor Building Integrated Leak Rate Test Procedure" so that all isolation valves will be closed by their i
normal mode of actuation.
Three signed copies of the revision are enclosed and 37 copies of the revision are transmitted herewith.
