Sixteen (16) copies of the Safety Evaluation Supplement No. 3 prepared by the Directorate of Licensing in the matter of Duke Power Conpany's Oconee Unit 1 are enclosed for the information of the Cocuittee. Appendix A is the Regulatory Staff generic Technical Report on Densification of Babcock & Wilcox Reactor Fuels and as such is appli able to several cases now before the Coanittee, including Oconee Units 2 and 3, Rancho Seco Unit 1. Arkansas Nuclear One Unit 1, Three Mile Island Unit 1 Crystal River Unit 3.
Additional copies of Appendix A, separately bound will be forwarded for use in other applicable cases where it will be referenced.
