Dear.Mr. Moseley:
The following information is submitted pursuant to Oconee Nuclear Station Technical Specifications 4.2.8 and 6.6.1.6.
During the initial (1974) refueling of Oconee 1, in accordance with Technical Specification 4.2.8, a "B" type reactor vessel surveillance specimen capsule was withdrawn for testing. Testing of the material contained in the capsule has been performed as specified, and final evaluation of the data and preparation of a comprehensive report are currently in progress.
It is anticipated that a final report of the test results will be available not later than September 1, 1975.
