Dear Mr. Rusche:
In response to your letter dated July 26, 1976, we have reviewed Duke Power Company's participation to date in the Nuclear Plant Reliability Data System.
In 1969, when the data system was initiated, Duke Power Company committed to be a fully participating member.
Since that time, Duke has submitted a large portion of the requested data. We currently plan, however, to increase our level of effort in order to achieve full participation and anticipate that the program will be fully operational for Oconee Nuclear Station, Units 1, 2, and 3 by January 1, 1978.
