Re: Oconee Nuclear Station Docket Nos. 50-269, -270, -287
Dear Mr. Rusche:
In response to your letter dated April 26, 1976 concerning the pro-visions of 10CFR 50.55(a), a review of the Oconee Nuclear Station Technical Specifications has determined that no conflicts exist with the revised 10CFR 50.55(a).
Identification of the practicality of conformance to the ASME Section XI inservice inspection and testing requirements is continuing.
Technical Specification revisions incorporating the requirements of 10CFR 50.55(a) and notification pursuant to 10CFR 50.55(a)(g)(5)(iii) of nonconformance with the code will be provided by October 1, 1976.
