Dear Mr. Rusche:
Your letter of May 11, 1976 requested that we inform you within twenty days of the receipt thereof of when information relative to a re-evaluation of the fire protection provisions at Oconee Nuclear Station would be submitted.
The information on which this reevaluation, and the establishment of a schedule for, was to be based - Mr. Roger S.
Boyd's letter of May 3, 1976, with attachments - was not received by us until May 26, 1976, however. Accordingly, we will advise you by June 15, 1976 of our schedule for submittal of the requested information.
