None SCCFE An anncunced inspecticn was made of the two 2568 Mwt pressuri::ed water reactors under ccnstructicn near Seneca, South Carolina, kncwn as Cconee Staticn Nes. 2 and 3 The purpose of the inspection was to turn the facility over to V. L. Ercwnlee, who is assuming the duties cf principal inspector for these facilities.

Manacecent Meetine Murphy introduced Brownlee to the licensee's representatives and explained the areas of respcnsicilities of each inspector at the Cconee site. Wells described the licensee's construction and OC organization to Brownlee.
The inspectors then toured the Oconee facilities.
