MOTION TO RECONSIDER OR REOPEN THE RECORD NOW COME the Intervenors, through counsel, and do hereby move to reconsider or reopen the record in regard to its decision of February 22_, 1980, for the reasons which have been set out in the Petition and Affidavit of David Springer and which reasons are hereby incorporated by reference as if set forth in full as part of this motion.

The reconsideration or reopening of the record would not delay this matter as the applicants had delayed indefinitely f

the construction of said project and further have significantly delayed the nuclear project which is scheduled ahead of the Perkins Plant and further has scheduled other hydro facilities prior to the said Perkins project.

Therefoze, the undersigned does hereby move that this Board reconsider its decision of February 22, 1980, or j

to reopen the record in order that these questions may be properly considered.
