This will confirm the final arrangements for the taking of the depositions of Mrs. Buchorn, Mr. Sinkin and Mr. Swayze.

The deposition of Mrs. Buchorn will be taken commencing on Tuesday, June 17, 1980 at 9:00 o' clock a.m.

in the conference room of the Travelodge on the River, 100 Villita, San Antonio, Texas.

The deposition of Mr. Sinkin will commence on Wednesday, June 18, 1980 at 9:00 o' clock a.m. in the same 60 V 5 \10 conference room at Mrs. Buchorn's.

In connection with the depositions to be held in San Antonio on the 17th and 18th of June, the conference room has been reserved in my name. Directions can be obtained from the desk at the Travelodge on the River.
