contained in R. C. DeToung's 1ctter of April 27, 1972.
Eccause all three Oconce Units had undergone a safety evaluation prior to issuing a Safety Evaluation Report (Decenber 1970) for Oconce Unit 1, we plan to issue a supplenent to that original Safety Evaluation Report to cover Units 2 and 3.
This supplement will be in the same format as the original Safety Evaluation. In the near future (three vecks) you vill be provided a skeleton format of this supplement containing " boiler plate" and discussion of areas of re-review for your convenience in preparing your contribution to the supple ent.
Also because of the previous review, the " Blue Book" schedules do not show dates for second round questions and answers, although some limited ti=c'is available for a second round, if it is considered to be essential. Therefore, it is inportant, time-vise, that the project leader (I. A. Peltier) be notified as soon as possible if any of the review groups require a second round of questions so that this activity can be factored into the schedule.
