The L:RS, Electrical, Instrumentation and Control Systems Branch has completed its review of the technical ";pecifications for operation of Units 1 and 2 and Units 1, 2 and 3 including Revision 28 dated May 1,1973.
We conclude that our previous cocraents pertaining to the electrical, instrumentation and control systems have been resolved and that the technical specifications are acceptable.
