..e Oconee Nuclear Station Our letter of May 6, 1977 proposed revisions to Technical Specifications to assure the operaticn of the Oconee Unit 2, It Cycle 3 core within applicable fuel design and performance criteria.

This amendment includes a summary of Cycle 3 operating parameters af fected by this revision and contains the safety analysis supporting the operation of Oconee Unit 2, Cycle 3 core at rated power in accordance with the revised Technical Specifications provided.
